Our custom made pure-beaver hats offer unmatched quality and durability with a fit that is second to none.

The process starts with the conformer. An antique device used to create a perfect replica of the shape of your head — you’ll be surprised how unique your head pattern is.

Then by hand we shape, block and finish the pure beaver felt to your specifications. We’ve provided a virtual tour if you’d like to see the process.

We also have galleries of styles — traditional, contemporary & cross over — as well as colors and hatbands for your viewing. But don’t let it limit your imagination, we work with you to make your hat be exactly as you wish.
